Happy Mother's Day: An Interview

First things first, "Happy Mother's Day" to you mamas out there!
Ohhh, my sweet mama. I love her. She has taught me so much about being a Christian woman, a wife, and a mama. She is loving, and caring, and giving, and generous. She is a wonderful Mimi to my children, and I am so thankful that she is such a big part of their lives.
I love you, Mama!
Happy Mother's Day, and thanks for being my mine!
In honor of Mother's Day, we did a little interview featuring... well, me...
I asked Bella, Grady and Lilly these questions, all on separate days, and when they were not together. It surprised me how they answered the same on many of the questions. And this is the first interview I've included Lilly in...

1. What is something mommy always says to you?
Bella: I love you.
Grady: I love you.
Lilly: I don't know.

2. What makes mom happy?
B: When I give her hugs and kisses.
G: When I give her kisses.
L: Somebody says "hello" to you.

3. What makes mom sad?
B: When I don't listen to her.
G: When I don't give her kisses.
L: I don't know. What you say? I don't know.

4. How does your mom make you laugh?
B: Tickles!
G: Funny stuff. Like tickles.
L: I don't know. She laugh at me. I say "laugh, laugh"!

5. What was your mom like as a child?
B: She was so sweet.
G: Oh, like you asked your dad if you could go fishing. And kinda naughty. Maybe tried to poke the tadpoles.
L: She, um, step in ant pile.

6. Where is your mom's favorite place to go?
B: Church.
G: To the grocery store or the stinky stand (which is what our local fruit and veggie stand has lovingly been named).
L: Our friends at our house.

7. What does your mom like most about your dad?
B: That's he's her husband.
G: That you give him kisses and he gives you kisses.
L: I don't know. He's happy.

8. What is her favorite thing to do?
B: Kiss me.
G: Go shopping. Go outside and play in the rain.
L: Ummm, have flowers.

9. What does your mom do after you go to bed?
B: I don't know. Probably relax. Or go visit her friends when I'm sleeping.
G: Maybe typing or something. Or go to work. Or help someone that is hurt. Clean the dishes?
L: I don't know.

10. If your mom were a cartoon character, who would she be?
B: Probably an angel. Actually, no, I don't really know what kind of character she would be.
G: A pretend "calipiller".
L: I don't know.

11. What is your mom really good at?
B: Hugging and kissing and singing.
G: Shopping. Very good at shopping, being a nurse, cooking.
L: I don't know.

12. What is your mom not very good at?
B: I don't know, playing the drums.
G: Um.. um... um... not sitting in the dark when it's very, very dark and we're going on a trip to Mimi's house.
